With an understanding of the limitations in module procurement – including the bottlenecks slowing it down – Todd swiftly repositioned The Megawatt Group from a competitive local solar distributor to a highly-effective outsourced sales team for Tier-1 module manufacturers. In his first year as CEO, the team tripled its yearly revenue from $13M to $40M. In year two, it doubled to $80M. And in 2023, MWG is on pace to hit $100M. Under Todd’s leadership, the company ranked #58 in the Northeast (#1 in the Energy Sector) in Inc.’s Fastest Growing Regional Companies list and #860 in the prestigious INC 5000. The company was also named Energy Tech Review’s “Top Renewable Energy Services Company” for its innovative approach to module procurement. Todd oversees the sales, legal, marketing, procurement, and operations departments while staying laser-focused on growing the company one deal, and one day, at a time.
